To meet the variegated requirements of our clientele, we are engaged in providing an enticing series of Humidity Chamber.

Construction: Double walled chamber inner SS316 SS 304 matte finish & exterior SS 304 matte finish M.S epoxy powder coated with Puff glass wool insulation. Inner Acrylic glass full door for viewing purpose is provided and insulation by puff.

Door : the unit will have double walled leak proof metal door with lock n inner full-length door of glass or acrylic.

Heating system : Heaters with ss fins (tubular heaters).

Humidity System : Basically by steam injection. It consists of a boiler tank with heaters. Stand by heater is also provided inside the boiler. A water tank or reservoir is connected with magnetic float to the boiler.

Sensor : we used 4-20mA transmitters for measurement.

Cooling System : Consists of hermetically sealed compressor with evaporator, guarded by time delay unit.

Safety : Provided with safety devices for Temperature, humidity and water level alarm

Trays : SS Perforated trays.

Suitable for carry out different quality control tests under controlled conditions of temperature & humidity. Inner chamber is made of stainless steel & outer wall of mild steel sheet duly powder coated. Puff Insulation provided between two walls. Inner stainless steel with 2/3 nos adjustable wire mesh shelves. For temperature below ambient temperature range 10 ºC to 60 ºC. Humidity range 40% above 85% RH complete with sealed compressor unit wet dry, bulb & electronic digital indicator cum temperature Reservoir rating is approx 3.5 K.W (Max).
